- What are the dimensions?
The pavers are a 9ˆ§ hexagon, 72 sq. inches, each weighing 4 1/2 lbs. (2 blocks = 1 sq. ft.)
- How is the color applied?
The color is a dry oxide pigment impregnated with the polymer which bonds with the rubber.
- What's the cost?
$5.80/sq.ft. or about the same as a good carpet (and much longer lasting).
- What are they made from?
Recycled tires.
- Are they soft?
Yes, soft AND durable. They pass a U.S. Gov't safety standard for playground drop heights. From 4ˆ§ to 12ˆ§ depending upon the sub-surface.
- Do they absorb water?
No, the water drains through the seams to the bottom footpad / channel system.
- Do they get hot?
The rubber is a non-conductive source, which makes the heat transfer more slowly.
- What do you install it on?
Any level surface, such as concrete, crusher run rock, blacktop, wood, brick, clay or even dirt. We have full installation instructions for the do-it-yourselfer.

Ask to see our claw hammer test. Like a tire, it's virtually indestructible.

No, it passed the UL Laboratories 94 V.0 Pellet test for self-extinguishing substances.

Yes, we have our own installers. We will give you a complete finished quote.
- How we can cut the pavers?
With a band saw or jigsaw. We also rent / sell a pneumatic cutter designed specifically for our pavers.
- Do they have an odor?
No, the crumb rubber is coated with polymer which leaves it odor free.
- What colors are available?
Red, Green, Gray, Tan and Black.
